Huge let down in service

Not the best online service. For instance I bought a large amount of clothes and did not receive a quarter of my clothes, not just that they were out of stock on some of the products (not specified on the app) I ordered and they didn't even refund me for the products I didn't receive, My first purchase I was not impressed, not planning on purchasing from here any time soon.
