Howick Branch at The Falls Shopping Center

Howick Branch at The Falls Shopping Center in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal in my personal experience and opinion have got to have the most unenthusiastic/uninterested staff that I have ever come across at any of their stores nationwide. None of their staff members wear any form of identification and when I asked for their names as i prefer to greet people using their names if i can it was given to me with such a rude look that it made me feel as if i shouldn't have even bothered. On times I have been inside the Howick Branch there was noticeable very little to almost no effort from either of the staff to assist customers or greet a customer first. The staff came across rude and unwelcoming every time I have been in there. On a few occasions even when I used to see other customer's approach them in a cheerful manner they did not change their expressions and it was always uncomfortable and unpleasant for me to be in the Howick Branch. In my opinion this is not a customer friendly store. Liberty Midlands Mall is not too far away and I would suggest rather making the trip there than having to try deal with the Howick Branch staff.
