How Mr Price treats their customers

I'm done I have been an accountant holder for more than 5 years so I phoned them explaining my situation of Covid 19 and getting temporary laid of and then this guy tells me he doesn't care I will make a payment. Where I just explained my situation to him. I have been loyal and paid my account but no with the lay of I haven't received my TERS or UIF yet so everything is hanging.
