How Mr Price ruined my credit score

The worst experience ever! First my accounts were set up and most of the services added on were not mentioned. Ayway the current issue is that I've made 2 payments in the month of April and none of them are recorded instead my credit score has dropped because the company has not updated that I've paid. I regret ever opening an account with this group.
