How long does delivery take? I'm disgusted

So i ordered two pairs of shoes last week on the 19th of october and was told they would arrive on the 26th and its the 29th today the status has been on ready to ship. For how long does it take for a delivery to arrive? Do i have to wait for a month? This is just poor service from their part.
