how humiliating

I had the worst and jost humiliating experience happen today... I went into dressing room to fit pants my pants got hooked on bench and ripped my zip I went to lady to ask for my size and being hestend to help she tild me they dont have my size but ill fit into 46 looks like my size I said no thanks and because my jeans ripped in gere store I asked to be conpinsated they told me no and that im swearing there staff which I wasnt my little boy tried to expkain what happened but was ignored I then got really angry and asked for complaints number tgey fave me the wrong number I walked oyt with ripped zip and everyone could see my underwear
