How does Mr Price count their working days for orders that need to be delivered???????

I bought clothes online on the 27th of November and still hasn't received my order. The estimated delivery date was the 8th December but it's now the 21 December but they still haven't delivered. Never ever buy online at Mr price. I no longer trust Mr price. I always buy online from other retailers and I always get my orders on time but Mr Price disappointed me. Not good for business at all. Does Mr price know how to count 7 to 14 working days???????????
