Hostility

I hope this finds you better than the state I was left in, in one of your stores

I visited the 960 Sunnypark Kids store yesterday in the evening where I was making a few purchases.

I saw a display that said 3 for 2 and i picked a few items, when the total was brought forth I asked the cashier if the discounts app****, then she said she wasn't sure then called a lady by the name of Simmy to check it. Simmy then rudely in a loud tone yelled "did you read the display, can you read" I was beyond appalled by this behaviour that I didn't even reply but just walked away and changed my selection.

You can even check the cameras the incident happened around 18:50

I have never experienced such treatment in any store including Mr Price, what was worse was when the other two ladies cheered on the behaviour by talking amongst themselves in what I believe was either Xhosa / Zulu, to the tune of "did you hear what Simmy said, she will show these people if they dont read", on my side I do understand that there was an oversight but I did not deserve the treatment and comments that I received . If this is how Mr Price treats customers then there is a lot to work on in your business module moving forward when considering customer retention.
