Hospital insurance has not been paid after 5 months of claiming

My sister was hospitalized 4/5 months ago and she claimed with Mr Price. She was promised to receive the money within a month after claim. 4 months later still hasn't received the money. She has medical bills to pay that keep on going up. Because of Mr Price she is back at the hospital again. This has to be fixed immediately.

This is really unacceptable. I trust this matter will be resolved soon because we need that money so our lives can go on. Hence we took the insurance You companies don't know the struggle and money spent during hospitalization. Thought that we would make peoples lives easy when you have this insurance instead it makes it worse. Sort this out and stop exploiting people like this!!
