HORRIFIED BY UNPROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PHONE MANNERISMS BY MR PRICE CALL CENTERS

I am really horrified by the way some Mr Price account collection people speak to us people who actually run a few days late to pay our accounts. If it was not for us they would not have jobs. They should really be trained in mannerisms and how to talk to people properly with respect. The people in your call centers need more training as they are highly unprofessional.
