Horrific policies in place - Mr Price Westage

My husband and two daughters went to Weetgate yesterday the 9th of October 2019 we were rushing as we saw most retail stores close at 6pm To our surprise Mr Price was open we went straight to the maternity aisle when one of the staff members was mopping the floor, it was 6:06 I asked the lady if I can please have a look at a dress she responded with irritation and said where? I then tried pointing at the dress as she stood right next to me with a wet mop. I then asked her wht is she standing right next to me, she responded to say she needs to finish as she also wants to go home. So you clean at this time? She responded yes we told to clean at this time, I was surprised and asked her what her name was. She kept quite and I asked her again, she responded softly saying Neo, I walked away and her colleague called her by name saying Lerato, I then went to the colleague and asked her is the ladies name Lerato? She then confirmed to say yes that's Lerato. Question to Mr Price - is your staff expected to mop the floor and your before close of business? Why is it that you don't have caution signs of wet floor? Why don't staff wear name badges? The amount of efficiency of some of your staff is horrific. Fortunately I don't need to ever go to Mr Price Wastage.
