Horrific online web support experience

I received an email in the morning regarding a promotion take 2 shorts and get R50 off. The discount was not being app**** at checkout so I decided to use the chat. The customer service agent Lungile was not helpful at all Eventually rep**** - Please sign out and sign back in and try again later! She closed the chat and didnt even give me a chance to tell her that I had removed the items and done it again and the promotion still does not work
