Horrific online nightmare!!
<p>I have placed an order on the 28th of November, firstly, to be told without warning that my order would be late and nothing could be done, then, on the 5th of December I receive an email stating that my order was delivered, yet, no delivery was received. I have contacted the call centre only to be told that it would take another 24 hours before I could just receive feedback, this was yesterday. I then called back today and was told they are not sure as to when I would receive feedback, still waiting for a call.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I cannot believe the terrible service I have received from Mr. Price !!!for the past couple of days I have made 7 calls trying to get more information about when my order would be received, only to be **** to. I was promised by Navashni Manilal that my order would be delivered today but that was not done!!!! Instead I received a call at the end of the day from the couriers stating that the delivery guy went back to the person he mistakenly gave my order to and the person was not there. I would like a refund immediately, this is putrid service.
