Horrible,disgusting service ***

I was at your mr price store in mall of Africa and I was assisted by a lady called angel and she was so horrible and rude… claiming that the store doesn’t do scan to pay via the MRP app of which 2days ago I was in-store and I purchased using the app with no hustles… the manager/supervisor by the name of Tebogo came and I asked why can’t I use my scan to pay and he then clarified that it’s offline and that’s when I had to tell the lady that she must not go around giving wrong information and she continued to give attitude even in front of the manager which to me it says there’s no client value and that your consultants could speak whichever way they like with customers … I don’t see the point of having an account with you guys if I’m gonna receive trashy service where else I’m paying not *****ing!!! Totally disgusted I paid at the kiddies tills upstairs
