Horrible Telephone Etiquette

I received a call from a consultant at Mr Price, the consultant was offering me insurance, I advised her that I do not need it as I already have numerous insurance policies else where, the consultant said "Ok fine" and hung up immediately did not even greet. I am very disappointed with the service. I would like an apology.
