Horrible systems

I closed my account last month at a Mr price store at Boulders midrand and the lady just told me that she has faxed the documents, without receiving any communication that it has been closed I left, only to find out that my account is still active and I NOW have an outstanding balance after paying it off. I tried sending them an email but no communication whatsoever from the store. I am a very unhappy customer.
