Horrible shopping experience

Horrible service at Mr price Cavendish Square today. I needed a bigger skirt size but this store only had small size and I asked at the tills if they could please check where I can find the same skirt with bigger size, while standing at the cue,saw one of the ladies standing and because I wasn't buying anything else,I asked If she could please locate the store for me. She asked me to go find the person who is working at the same department where I find the skirt, I was shocked because I didn't know who to ask for. One of the cashier's called me to check for me and the lady who asked me to go look for the person continued to say,she would be making me a big favour if she helped me as that is not her job. I should have brought the person who works at the skirt department to assist me it's not her job at all. This Mr price is big and the ladies I found on the floor told me to go to the tills because they will check for me.
