Horrible servise

On the 18th I bought clothes n the cashier Amanda Poppy didn't pack all the items I bought n I went back to tell them so I can get my hair band and Amanda told me that the cashier is not at work and she went to another cashier who was utterly rude and said \le ye R10 with an attitude clearly she mean it's to cheap for want it, but I kept my cool and then Amanda I think she is a supervisor told me that well since the cashier is not at work and they don't know about the hair band they can't help me. If they were not ****y I was not going to complain but I could see them that they not worried coz it's R10 item which I paid for they don't care. At the end of day it's my money and I didn't get the item I purchased. All I wanted was service and I didn't get it. People please check your items before leaving the shop because you might not get the item that you paid for. I definitely will think twice before buying at this store. "
