Horrible Service regarding sim card

<p>A lady called me and told me that MRP will give me a sim card for free. I asked her several times if I have to pay for anything or if there is a monthly fee and she said no. The sim was delivered to me and on the delivery form it was showing a list of fees that I was not told about. I did not sign the form or take the sim card. I got my statement from MRP and it's showing that there is a cancellation fee for this sim card of R100??? I was not told about this cancellation fee or the fees listed on the delivery form. The lady also told me that if I do not want to recharge the sim card and not use it, that there will be no extra fees, that this is just a sim card they are giving me because I am a Mr Price client.</p>
