Horrible service received

<p>I received the most ****ndus service from Mr Price Mall of Africa from a Manager named Lorraine. She dealt with me in the most dismissive and rude manner refusing to assist me with a cash refund because I did not have my slip. She would not give me a proper explanation she just said it's Policy and I will not get money and that's that. It's either I take a voucher or leave it. She does not have leadership qualities whatsoever instead she is rude and impatient with customers. I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which she dealt handles me. She was disrespectful and undermining. I felt as though she does not want to assist me, she just wants me to get out of the shop. She did not come up with solutions instead she told me that is the way it is.</p>
