Horrible service ordering things online using mr price.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE via MR PRICE. Ordered something online, paid R60 for express delivery, two weeks nothing. Apparently address is wrong yet no one called me to say that ( address was correct it just did not have complex name as there is no space to put a complex when putting the address) . I call to ask for refund , they say it will take 24-48 hours only to send me a gift voucher later on. I did not bridge my end Mr price and their delivery people did not deliver. Today when I call I am told the refund can only happen after the 6th and I must email some details, why did they not tell me that yesterday instead of saying 24-48 hours. I wanted the stuff on the 20th, I paid and now when they have to pay back it’s stories. Went in store to check items, only found one but store wants to give me another gift voucher as change. So I left. Can I get my full refund please.
