Horrible service Mr Price Fourways Mall

Worst customer service from the time I entered the store till I left. The Mr Price Fourways staff are absolutely rude from management to sales assistants. They are too focused on their closing procedures to even care about customers. I needed to exchange clothes. The manager didn’t even look at me when I spoke to her about the exchange. There are 6 tills and only one cashier assisting two customers at a time without proper direction; one minute I’m ready to pay and the next minute there is another customer beside me having her clothes scanned. My purchase wasn’t even made yet. The cashier gave me my new set of clothes just like that, with no bag, am I supposed to walk out with clothes just like that? I asked her for a bag and she responded with “do you have 30 cents?”. She didn’t even offer me a bag in the first place. The staff couldn’t care less about customers.
