Horrible service from Mr.price online

I ordered online from Mr Price on the 15th of Dec paid extra for fast delivery which they promised would by latest today. I still havent received anything. The courier company has no details and when i track it it says out for delivery since the 19th. Its almost Christmas and the clothes i ordered still has not reached the destination. I spent over R100 on airtime contacting Mr.price then i get put on hold and they drop the call after 10 minutes. This will be my last order. Horrible service.
