Horrible service from MR PRICE MALELANE

In March I bought 14 items when I got home only to find out that one item is missing ,I called the phone was not picked up and following weekend I went back to the store to report this matter they told me that they don’t have CCTV ,search for the item but we couldn’t get it .They told me that they will do a follow up ,I called doing the follow up by myself because no one called for the whole month of April they said the manager is absent they will tell him to call me when he gets back till today I am waiting for the call and my item .
