Horrible Service from cashier to supervisor

Service received at Mr Price Bethal was so pathetic, I had to exchange shoes for my son and when I asked for a slip a cashier made fun of me a and every staff member was laughing including the supervisor Iv never been this angry in my life on top of that the supervisor said to the cashier that he made her day and I was warned by my colleague about their service and I took it light and I learned the hard way I don't think I will ever set my foot in Mr Price Bethal, clearly customer needs are not taken seriously and to be disrespected whereby youll be using your money... Mr P you need to have a serious talk or training with your people because this will make you loose client there are many store selling similar product but because we are used to buy in Mr P with this horrible service I received I would rather buy at the street than to be treated in this way ..... Yoh I will make sure that my family and friends knows about this so they don't experience it future.... You have *********** people who lack respect and who doesn't understand the TCF principles...
