Horrible service delivery

If I could I would give Mr price Greenstone a zero star because the service that I got from there is absolute trash. I went there to inquire about a phone that i saw was a bargain online compared to other stores and when I stood there by the display stand off the cell phones no one came to assist me I had to ask a sales associate to assist me to which she redirected me to a guy named Michael, I asked him about the Samsung a05s to which colors they had in store he went to the back and he was gone for a very long time and when he came back he told me that there had a time delay safe it can only be opened after 30 minutes, okay no problem since I was on lunch I told the guy that I will be back after 30 minutes. Around 13:50, 10mins before my lunchtime was about to end I came back to the store and I couldnt find the guy Michael so I asked a sales associate to assist me, she went to find Michael and when Michael came out he didnt come right away and assist me, instead he was busy with authorising by the terminals and mopping the floor while I stood there with no assistance, I had made hand gestures calling out to him and full on eye contact to come and assist since apparently he is the only guy that can sell a damn phone to me and I was standing too far away from him to call out his name but still to no avail. I then went back to the sales associate that I had interacted with that tell that Michael guy that I will be NOT be needing his assistance anymore since he is choosing to blatantly disregard a customer in need.

A pitiful service delivery i am truly disappointed and disgusted.
