Horrible service

Mr Price online has a horrible service. I purchased items online and I opted for delivery. The delivery guy did not contact me instead they gave my parcel to one of the tenants in the building. I didn’t receive my parcel.

I logged a complaint with Mr Price since the 20th of February the issue hasn’t been resolved. I’ve been calling and following up they told me they are still investigating. Today an agent told me that I sent someone by the name of Thabang to collect the parcel.

I don’t know who Thabang is no delivery guy contacted me I never went anywhere I’ve been home that day I received the sms saying my parcel has been delivered I was not out I thought maybe they are mistaken because no one has contacted me with regards to the delivery.

Mr price agent send me Proof of Delivery which has nothing to do with me because I did not receive what I ordered. Nobody contacted me. They don’t want to take accountability.

I need refund/ credit on my account please
