Horrible service

I went to Mr Price clothing at The Grove Mall Pretoria looking for a white golf shirt for my son in a size 3/4 years. I get there and the sales assistant who was helping me informed me the size I’m looking for isn’t on the sales floor rather in back stock room, he checked and showed they 7 units of the item I’m looking but we’re unable to get it for me since it’s packed away in boxes.

The Manager came and she also couldn’t help me rather blatantly told me to my face she’s refusing because she has a lot “backlog” stock in the back area and it would take time to look for it. I am very shocked and in awe with the terrible service I received from the branch manager , they are utterly lazy to assist customers rather they turn them away… and you on top of that ********** service they also give me attitude and roll their eyes at me.
