horrible service by this company

I am so appalled by the level of service I received from your Mamelodi Mams Mall branch!!!The service was shocking!!! I walked into the branch looking to Purchase A Cellphone through Account because MR Price was busy sending me marketing emails so I decided to shop at my local branch !!! 1st the staff did not acknowledge my presence as A Customer though they were not serving anyone at the cash desk but chatting amongst themselves , nor was I asked if I am okay because I needed Help.!!!What was shocking is that I learned that the Manager was around the group!!! To continue this!! I requested to Purchase using my account but was told that I need a Card, I requested to replace my Card, Again was told that my Card is a sheet street account so I need to go to the sheet street Branch, I told the Manager that I brought Along my Statement(which had the Account ID), ID, Affidavit which had all my Credentials which match my Statement!! I was told that I could be Committing *****!!! Like I felt so Disrespected in the Store and felt as though I was forcing myself to receive Service!!!! I tried to Speak to one of the most *********** area Managers by the Name of Hilda However she only gave me problems and no Solution!!!! Like as a customer, how far do I need to go to receive service!!!! Come on MR PRICE!!!!!!!At this Point All I want to do is deactivate my Account and never shop with the MRP Group!!!!
