Horrible service

I have been battling with closing my store account since July ....when i paid off my Store account card . Like what appalling is that iv done every proper thing possible as a law abiding citizen to close off the account and clear my name off the areas list at credit bureau but till this day my account has not been closed . I filled in a form requesting for my account to be closed , I contacted the pathetic contact center ,I am livid . I have every right to close off my account and in turn its M price responsibility to clear my name off the credit bureau.
