HORRIBLE service and BAD attitude

I was looking for an item from Mr Price and the app showed Eastgate has stock i go there there is no stock i ask one of the consultants to assist with ordering thru the app, No one knows how the app works in store therefore i can not be assisted says the Manager, i call their call center spoke to Njabulo very Rude unhelpful gentleman, told me Theres nothing he can do to assist as Eastgate does not have a direct line and i should try a different store, never even bothered to ask what im even looking for, highly unimpressed with the horrible service from the store right to the call center, Mr price you need to give your guys product knowledge and customer service training i have decided to rather take my money to SHEIN for the same product but a lil more i dont mind spending because of your lack of service you guys offer us as clients.
