Horrible service

I visited Mr. Price Thabo Sehume str in Pretoria on Saturday I was assisted by Mmalebogo Swaedi, whom I told I have a discount voucher that I would like to use. The lady had so much attitude, she decided to ignore me and process the payment before I could give her the voucher number. I asked her, 'how can you process the payment because I told you that I have a discount voucher that I would like to use'? she told me I would use it next time before the 31/08/2020.

I asked her to refund one of the items and re-process it with my discount. yoooh you would swear that I asked her to refund 30 items, she grabbed the item and shout authorization she didn't even reply to my request at that moment.

I told her not to bother because she was so irritated.
