Horrible service

I bought items from mr price app, payment went through and the order failed. I called their call centre on last week Monday and getting feedback from them has been nothing but a mission. I sent them all the required docs for them to issue a refund but I have not received anything from them since they told me I will get a voucher. I only get feedback from them if I make a follow up. The service is horrible, the consultant assisting me seems to not even exist. Sinegugu advised that I would get the voucher within 24 hours- it’s has been almost 5 days waiting for the refund.
