Horrible Service

Good day, I would like to express how disappointing i am with the service that i have received from Mr Price. On the first of May i bought 2 items online and my account was debited, i then checked the status of my order and it was on "awaiting for payment" i went back after 30 minuted and the status changed to "Order cancelled"..i was really confused because the money went off my account and i did not get any confirmation from them or a reason why the order was cancelled.

I rep**** on one of their posts on Instagram advising them that they cancelled my order without an explanation, they were so quick to respond asking me to DM them my order number and confirmation of payment. i did just that and till today i havent received any feedback. yesterday i sent a follow up and i still dont have a response.

Its my mothers birthday today and the items that i have purchased are for this day. Mr Price will not see me anymore in their shops because you cant take peoples money then keep quiet. funny because i wasn't the only one that complained about this. Their clothes are affordable and nice but their service is very poor. i want my money back and i would rather pay alot of money for the best service.

I regret buying from them and never will.
