HORRIBLE SERVICE

On the 3 March I visited the Mr Price Store in Reds Mall, Wierda Park , and went to the assistant Phuti (PHSEA) to pay for clothes. , Phuti then refused to put the transaction through , the reason was that I was not on as an additional card holder on this account. I understand the process but no effort or assistance was given to me as the client or proper explanation. I (Y. Rautenbach) then called my mother W.J Meiring who is the account holder and lives in Dubai for the last 14 years and she spoke to Phuti's manager Evelyn over the phone, where she had given authorization that they can put the transaction through. we have had this account for over 8 years and I have never had trouble buying previously, because I am listed as an card holder and has authority to buy on my mothers account Mrs Wj Meirings, as an additional card holder. Evelyn Phuti's manager refused to do that, and told my mother that she must contact head office, and she will reverse the transaction.

I experienced a very embarrassing moment in front of other customers in Mr Price store, Phuti call the Store Manager her name was Evelyn, the situation was explain to Evelen , in front of me , Evelyn (store manager) and Phuti was talking to each other in their language to each other, very unprofessional for a company like Mr Price. I asked them several times to please speak in English that I can understand what is being discussed in front of me where they blatantly ignored me.

Evelyn and Phuti decided that I do not have an additional card, and cannot buy the clothes on my mothers account Mrs WJ Meiring.

My mother have been a account holder of Mr Price for many years and this is the first time that we have experienced such bad client services at one of your stores.

My mother then contacted via email Mr Price where they confirmed that I am an additional cord holder. the absolute lack of client service and offering no solutions, embarrassing me in front of the whole store is absolutely unacceptable and then to find out all along that I was an additional card holder. this is unacceptable.
