Mr Price should really make means to allocate EFT and online payments same day as they do with payments made in store I have been in a remote area for a while and haven’t been able to pay online Due to the weather I couldn’t go pay at the Mr Price store, which is more than 30km away from where I am I made an instant payment to their account today and was advised to send Proof to their email address Only to be told by a rude consultant that their payment allocations for EFT payments take 2-3 working days There was nothing she could do to help. Telling me she cannot confirm I won’t be listed as a defaulter Can you make it possible for us to at least pay online where payment reflects same day like other normal retailers
