Horrible Service

I went into the store to exchange clothing,after browsing around looking for something else to exchange it with I headed to the tills,the lady completed the transaction and said she just has to go call the other lady for authorization,after a few minutes she returned and simply just said that she's to busy now I must come back tomorrow,I couldnt believe my ears,because she's to busy I the customer who indirectly pays for her salary with the purchases I make must come back tomorrow,so I insisted she must go call her,my time was running out I had to pick my kids up in 10minutes,after waiting for another 7minutes I decided to take my previous purchase and slip and just walk out! I am so dissapointed I dont even have words!!
