Horrible service!!!
Horrible service from Mr Price, I closed my account the end of July they assured me that the account will be canceled, they even told me to check my statement the next month and that after my last payment of 130 the account will be closed, today I received an sms that an amount is due of R778 which I thought was closed, pathetic service they better close that account

24 Nov 2020, 12:19I went to Rosebank Mall at Mr Price on the 31st of July 2020 to close my Mr Price account the lady at the till ensured me that it would be canceled I even completed a cancellation form, she advised me that if I checked my statement after a few weeks the account would have been closed and that I should just pay an amount of R130 which I did, to my surprise I get a message that an amount of R778 is due on the account, how when I've canceled the account, I'm extremely angry, what was the use of me completing the form if the account is not cancelled, so I do not have a right to close an account which was unnecessary and which I cannot afford
