Horrible service

Mr Price Southgate hasn’t resolved my dispute till today. I purchased clothing items on the 30th of December 2023. I used to Fnb card to pay and to my surprise the money left my Acc but the cashier said it didn’t go through because no slip was printed out. The manager then tried calling to find out what happened. It’s been back and fourth. She’s even ignoring my calls. The transaction amount of R491,72. Till today I don’t have my money and the clothings items I had to leave them behind
