HORRIBLE ONLINE STORE EXPERIENCE

I am annoyed by the poor service I'm receiving from Mr. Price. I made a purchase online on the 1st of May 2021 and had to cancel it. I was informed that I will receive my refund after 24 to 48 hours. Mind you I bought with my store account. Today it is the 6th and I have not received my refund. When I call them they keep saying the refund is complete, yet it does not reflect on my account. This is the second time I am having a bad experience buying online. The first time it happened when I was paying for my account via the app and it did not reflect. I took numerous complaints to get feedback. I AM DONE!!!! WITH MR PRICE ONLINE STORE AND THEIR BAD SERVICE
