Horrible Online Services

My experience with Mr Price online has been horrific. On two occasions have I received subpar service.

My previous order was somehow “lost in transit” and it took them a while to refund me. I had to make numerous calls and send through WhatsApp messages before the refund was processed.

On the second attempt, thinking that the first was a mistake, the order status keeps changing from confirmed to canceled to out for delivery. It’s impossible to keep up with something as simple as an online order. A complete waste time
