Horrible online service

Worst online experience ever. The way their online tracking for orders works is so digesting. They make you hold on the phone for 20min+ but the “system is loading your order” kanti how long does the system take to load the order bathong. And also why not give a tracking number for the actual courier company you use now you must wait on the phone for 20min+ only to hear “yea your order is with Fastway and will be out for delivery “ if you could give me that information to start off with I wouldn’t need to call you guys I would just call Fastway or whomever you use to courier. 100% never ordering from here again. Dave yourself the trouble and go in store shem. And don’t get me started on their WhatsApp?! Don’t lie that WhatsApp doesn’t work!
