Horrible Online Purchase Experience

What a very bad online experience with Mr Price online. I've purchased online on the 13th May 2022 order was due for delivery on the 20 May 2022. I've called on the 23rd May 2022 to do a follow up the lady said she will send an email to a courier to deliver the following day.It was not delivered, I've sent whatsapp on the 26th May 2022 to another follow up, Siphamandla told me that the order is with courier he will request an urgent delivery. I again did another follow up via Whatsapp with Yvonne on the 30/05/2022 she then told me she will request a delivery for tomorrow which was the 31st May 2022. today 01/06/2022 I've sent a whatsapp @12:36 it is now 14:15 no one is responding to my whatsapp and I am still awaiting my order... Bad customer service ever. The only excuse that i get is we sorry for the delay but their sorry don't rectify their delay.
