Horrible online platform

I absolutely love Mr Price and has been a loyal supporter for years until recently..............

I’ve ordered some stuff online as it is convenient during lockdown.. I placed my order on the 20th of May and was told that it will take 7-10 working days to deliver. It was a long period but I thought okay fine as we are facing some rather unusual difficulties because of Covid-19.

What ****ed me of is that almost three weeks later there is no update regarding my parcel, it says shipped for days now and whenever I try phoning in it’s just ringing for hours and there is absolutely no one who can attend to me. I even tried their online virtual chat, another ridiculous fail

Mr Price, if you are *********** to deliver on an online platform, why even bother???!! It’s frustrating that I have to waste my time and energy everyday just to follow up on my delivery and on top of it not getting answers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! *********** I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDERING ONLINE AS YOU WILL JUST BE DISAPPOINTED
