Horrible Manager ( Penelope)

I bought shoes online via the MRP app which turned out to be big. Upon returning the shoes to MRP Quagga Centre Wf Nkomo the security told my niece and nephew they need to print the receipt. They then Processed to call me and I asked to talk to the store manager Penelope who advised I need to print the receipt. How on earth do they give us the option to print or email the receipt and then tell us to print it when we need to do an exchange or refund. Penelope is the manager there who has zero customer service and talks down on clients and even lies to clients about printing the receipt. I then called head office where she denied everything let alone saying we should print the receipt which was the main issue or reason for calling head office . I have never be more disgusted by MRP and I even want to close my account and life policies with them if they have such managers as that is my preferred store in Pretoria West. I will be waiting to hear back from them regarding Penelope and this entire situation. I will not take this one laying down.
