Horrible manager

I had a very bad experience at sheet street emoyeni the other day. The manager was highly unprofessional and shouting at the cashier infront of a long queue of customers. I was once a cashier and I felt the pain in her eyes as she was humiliated. All this because she scanned a small plastic back,I added a throw sp she scanned a bigger one and asked the manager to remove the small one. She screamed at her even after I offered to pay for both bags. She has to be trained how to treat her employees. I still feel sorry for the cashier.
