Horrible *********** service

I don’t know why Mr Price has the 1-3 days delivery option if they can’t deliver on time and still charge R45 for it . To them yes it might be peanuts but when one pays for it they expect the service!!! On top of everything when you email they ignore that, and sends a automated “a friendly consultant will get back to you shortly “ even the “shortly” they can’t at least try to stick to it! I got my delivery 5/6 days later and spoke to Samantha Coopsamy (who was very unfriendly) and Charnee (who responded like an automated robot) on their online chat who both promised to get my order on time, but as soon as I ddnt they now don’t respond to my emails. Get your 1-3 days right of just don’t have the option! I want to know why I paid R45 fo NOTHING
