Horrible horror service at Mr Price Carlton centre

Bad customer service from employees. They said they don’t look for items at the stock room when they are about to close,reported to the manager but I was never helped . I didn’t attend my team building with a smile because I didn’t find what I was looking for and the attitude at Mr Price Carlton centre is very bad bad bad. When I informed the manager about hello Peter she begged me not to do it but she didn’t serve me any justice aswel. Please reshuffle your stuff or book them a refresher for customer service .
