Horrible Horrible Online purchase experience..............

I purchased items online on the 1st of June 2022 and expected delivery date to the chosen store was the 8th of June. I call the call center they are unable to advise about the reason for the delay. I sent an inquiry on their website, a response was received advising me that the items will be delivered on the 13th of June. I went to the store. The items were not delivered. I again called the call center on the 14th of June, they asked to call me back as they are unable to get hold of the courier company . No call back was received. Today the 16th,2 ordered items still not received. No customer care at all . This was the first time buying items online for Mr price and I regret it. I would strongly advise their customers not to use this offered service.
