HORRIBLE FEEDBACK AND BAD SERVICE AT MR PRICE

I am very disappointed and disgusted by the way MR PRICE conducts their business. They have told me that I should be expecting a call from one of their consultants and that was 2 weeks ago , to this very moment I have not received a call from no one regarding my phone. I am siting here with a phone that is not working.

Mr Price is this a way of telling me that I should sort myself out regarding my cellphone issue?? that is still very much under guarantee. This is definitely a factory fault
